titleOfInvention Device for determining a pressure acting on a surface or a wall of a body arranged in a flow channel or a change of pressure over time acting on a surface or a wall of a body arranged in a flow channel
abstract The invention relates to a device (1) for determining a pressure acting on a surface (2) or a wall of a body (4) arranged in a flow channel (3-3b) or a change of pressure over time acting on a surface (2) or a wall of a body (4) arranged in a flow channel (3-3b), which device comprises at least one means for detecting the pressure or the change of pressure over time, the detection means having a sensor chip (5-5b) with at least one sensor (6-6b). The sensor chip (5-5b) is expediently provided in order to form a wall portion of the body (4). Advantageously the body itself does not have to be changed in order to detect a pressure acting on the surface or the wall or a change of pressure in the flow channel acting on the surface or the wall. A change to the body which influences the flow conditions, in particular in the boundary layer, is advantageously prevented. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for producing a sensor chip (6-6b) and to a sensor chip (6-6b).
