abstract |
The present invention relates to cycloalkyl-based and heterocycloalkyl-based inhibitors, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. Specifically, the inhibitors have a structure as represented by formula (I). Further disclosed are a method for preparing such a compound and the use of same as a KRASG12C inhibitor. The compound has a good selective inhibition effect on KRASG12C, and has a better pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic performance and a lower toxicity and fewer side effects. |
