abstract The present invention relates to a method for obtaining cytokines secreted from cells at a high concentration and a cytokine production system module for monitoring a cell nutrient solution in real time for the method. An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for producing a high-concentration cytokine-containing anti-aging essence through maturing, the method comprising the steps of: a) separating cells from fatty tissue; b) maturing the separated cells in a clean nutrient solution; and c) recovering a cytokine solution from the matured cells. In addition, another embodiment of the present invention provides a cytokine production system module comprising: a clean booth unit with a first filter and a first ventilator; a bio-safety laboratory table unit with a second filter and a second ventilator; an incubator unit having an incubation space; a flask unit for maturing cells; a microscope unit for magnifying and observing cells; an imaging unit for imaging cells; a main PC unit for receiving and transmitting, in real time, image data which are captured by the imaging unit; and a communication unit connected to the main PC unit to transmit the image data to a host PC unit located outside the clean booth unit.
