Further provided is a preparation method for the medicament for treating a peripheral nerve injury. The method comprises the following steps: (1) sorting to obtain multi-lineage differentiating stress enduring cells; (2) suspension-culturing the sorted multi-lineage differentiating stress enduring cells; (3) preparing a cell suspension of the multi-lineage differentiating stress enduring cells.
