titleOfInvention | Organic thin film transistor, polymer, composition, organic semiconductor film and compound |
abstract | The present invention addresses the problem of providing an organic thin film transistor which exhibits excellent stability in the atmosphere. The present invention also addresses the problem of providing: a polymer; a composition; an organic semiconductor film; and a compound. An organic thin film transistor according to the present invention comprises an organic semiconductor film which contains a polymer that has a partial structure represented by formula (1). In formula (1), X1 represents a sulfur atom or a selenium atom; each of X2 to X4 independently represents a sulfur atom, an oxygen atom or a selenium atom; each of Y1 to Y4 independently represents a group represented by –CR1= or a nitrogen atom, provided that at least one of the Y1 to Y4 moieties represents a nitrogen atom; R1 represents a hydrogen atom or a substituent; and * represents a bonding position. |
