abstract | Disclosed are a preparation method for a heat-not-burn smoke generator, and a product thereof. The method comprises the following steps: providing a hollow pipe body (10), a smoke-generating raw material, a smoke-generating auxiliary agent and water; mixing the smoke-generating raw material, the smoke-generating auxiliary agent and the water to prepare a paste mud (11); injecting the paste mud (11) into the hollow pipe body (10) from one end of the hollow pipe body (10) in a squeezing manner; carrying out heating and alcoholizing by using a microwave vacuum heating device or a high-frequency vacuum heating device such that the paste mud (11) is heated and expands to obtain a smoke generator semi-finished product; drying the smoke generator semi-finished product such that the paste mud (11) forms, in the hollow pipe body (10), a structure with loose pores with a porosity of 40-75%, and is integrally formed with the hollow pipe body (10), and the moisture content of the dried smoke generator is 5-10%; and arranging a filter tip (12) at the other end of the hollow pipe body (10) to prepare a heat-not-burn smoke generator. |
