titleOfInvention Method for synthesizing myricetin
abstract Provided is a method for synthesizing myricetin, the method comprising the following steps: adding an alkaline solution to an aqueous solution of dihydromyricetin, and after the addition is completed, heating under a reflux state; adding an aqueous solution of selenium dioxide, and after the addition is competed, stirring at a reflux temperature; after a reaction is completed, cooling to room temperature; adding an acid to adjust the pH, and performing stirring, rotary evaporation, stirring, and filtration; adding a filter cake to an aqueous solution of ethanol for mashing, performing filtration, washing the filter cake with the aqueous solution of ethanol, and collecting and drying the filter cake to obtain red selenium; and combining organic phases, performing spin drying until no ethanol odor is present, wherein a large amount of a solid is precipitated, performing filtration, and washing the filter cake with the aqueous solution of ethanol to obtain myricetin as a yellow solid. The beneficial effects of the method lie in being simple in terms of reaction and easy in terms of operation; mainly using water and a small amount of ethanol as solvents, and having low discharge of three types of waste; being capable of recovering red selenium having an economic value; the obtained myricetin having a high purity; and having a good economic benefit and being suitable for scaled-up production.
