abstract | Disclosed is a nano aqueous formulation comprising chlorpyrifos. The nano aqueous formulation is prepared from chlorpyrifos technical material, a surfactant and water as raw materials using a surfactant micellar solubilization technique, without containing any organic solvents, wherein the chlorpyrifos is in a mass percent of 0.5-10% and the surfactant is in a mass percent of 5-20% in the nano aqueous formulation, with the rest being water. The nano aqueous formulation prepared using the surfactant micellar solubilization technique has an excellent stability in comparison to a conventional pesticide formulation, as demonstrated by the maintained stability even after cold storage at 0°C for 7 days and hot storage at 54°C for 14 days respectively, and without chlorpyrifos precipitation, which is conducive to storage and provides a prolonged shelf life. The nano aqueous formulation can be produced at a low cost, has superior fast-acting efficacy and long-lasting efficacy, will not produce adverse effects such as phytotoxicity, and is more suitable for administration by an unmanned aerial vehicle. |
