abstract | The present invention provides a method and a device for transmitting or receiving data with a phase tracking reference signal (PTRS) in a wireless communication system. Specifically, a method for transmitting or receiving data by a terminal (user equipment, UE) in a wireless communication system may comprise the steps of: receiving configuration information from a base station; receiving, from the base station, downlink control information (DCI) for scheduling of downlink data; receiving, from the base station, the downlink data with a PTRS on the basis of the DCI; determining transmission power for transmitting HARQ-ACK information for downlink transmission; and transmitting, to the base station, the HARQ-ACK information for downlink transmission, on the basis of the determined transmission power, wherein: the downlink data and the PTRS are received in a first frequency resource area and a second frequency resource area, which do not overlap, on the basis of frequency division multiplexing (FDM); each frequency resource area includes a plurality of resource blocks; and on the basis of a first and a second TCI state being indicated based on the DCI, a frequency density of the PTRS is determined by the number of resource blocks of a frequency resource area associated with each TCI state. |
