| abstract | The present invention relates to a black ginseng and red ginseng preparation method capable of increasing ginsenoside content and extending a storage period by using a Dendropanax morbiferus extract and methylsulfonylmethane. According to the present invention, provided is a black ginseng preparation method comprising the steps of: (S11) washing and preliminarily drying Panax ginseng C.A.; (S12) respectively putting the preliminarily dried Panax ginseng C.A. and the bark, trunks or leaves of Dendropanax morbiferus in trays, primarily steaming same, and drying same in a dryer so that the water content of Panax ginseng C.A. becomes 20% or less; (S13) secondarily steaming the primarily dried Panax ginseng C.A., and naturally drying same for 10-12 hours; (S14) tertiarily steaming the naturally dried Panax ginseng C.A., coating Panax ginseng C.A. with 0.4-4 g/L of a methylsulfonylmethane solution, and then drying same at 35-45°C for 24 hours; and (S15) quaternarily steaming the dried Panax ginseng C.A., coating Panax ginseng C.A. with a Dendropanax morbiferus extract, and then drying same at 35-45°C for 24 hours. |
