abstract |
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a reagent for measuring skin sensitization, by which the sensitization of a test substance can be measured with the use of a single reagent, a method for measuring skin sensitization and a compound. The present invention provides a reagent for measuring skin sensitization, said reagent comprising, as a main measurement agent, an organic compound which has at least one thiol group derived from an amino acid and at least one amino group derived from a side chain of an amino acid and which has an absorption spectrum in the ultraviolet, visible light or near-infrared region and the molar absorption coefficient of which at the maximum absorption wavelength is 100-500000 L/mol∙cm inclusive. |
