abstract |
A heat transfer sheet 10 for sealing materials, said heat transfer sheet 10 being arranged between a heat-generating electrical/electronic component and a heat dissipation case, while having a Shore 00 hardness of from 5 to 55. This heat transfer sheet 10 for sealing materials has a frame shape which internally has a space 11 that is to be filled with a liquid heat conductive composition. A heat-generating electrical/electronic component according to the present invention comprises a heat transfer sheet 11 that is bonded between the component and a case; and a space 11 among the component, the case and the heat transfer sheet 10 is filled with a liquid heat conductive composition. Consequently, the present invention provides: a heat transfer sheet for sealing materials, said heat transfer sheet being capable of preventing leakage of a liquid material even if a heat conductive liquid material is poured directly between a case and a heat-generating electrical/electronic component such as a battery module, while exhibiting high adhesion and flexibility that is good enough to avoid burdening the electrical/electronic component; and a heat-generating electrical/electronic component in which this heat transfer sheet for sealing materials is incorporated. |
