The present invention relates to a freeze-drying mold and a method of manufacturing a water-soluble polymer sphere using same, and more specifically, to a freeze-drying mold and a method of manufacturing a water-soluble polymer sphere using same, the freeze-drying mold being characterized by comprising: a first mold in which a plurality of first reception grooves are formed in the bottom surface thereof and discharge parts are formed in the upper surface thereof to be capable of communicating with the first reception grooves, respectively; and a second mold in which a plurality of second reception grooves are formed in the upper surface thereof, wherein the first reception grooves and the second reception grooves form a single reception part when the second mold is coupled face-to-face with the first mold. According to the present invention, there are the effects of providing: a freeze-drying mold in which a spherical freeze-dried product is manufactured by adjusting the shrinkage rate of a solution during freeze-drying, the manufactured freeze-dried product is easily removed from the mold, and drying efficiency is maximized; and a method of manufacturing a water-soluble polymer sphere using same, wherein the polymer sphere has a uniform pore size, uniform pore distribution, and high strength, and film does not get stuck on the surface of the polymer sphere. |
