The present invention provides a preventive or remedy for obesity caused by exposure to nicotine, in particular, passive exposure to tobacco smoke during fetal life and/or childhood, and a composition for preventing or treating the same. Provided are a preventive or remedy for obesity which controls overeating induced by exposure to nicotine during fetal life and/or childhood until 14 years old, said preventive or remedy comprising γ-oryzanol as an active ingredient, and a composition for preventing or treating the same. |
