titleOfInvention | Method for identifying enzyme species, test device, and program |
abstract | Provided is a method for identifying an enzyme species produced by cells such as a bacterium, said method comprising: a step (S201) for, on the basis of picked-up images that are obtained by simultaneously imaging multiple flow channels, creating identification information that shows the morphological characteristics of cells in each of the flow channels; a step (S202) for selecting, from the identification information, standard identification information that serves as a standard for the identification and then standardizing the identification information with the use of the standard identification information; a step (S203) for classifying the identification information depending on the standardized identification information; and steps (S205 and S206) for identifying the enzyme species from the classified information obtained by the classification. The picked-up images show a state in which cultured cells are respectively present inside the multiple flow channels. |
