abstract |
Provided are a fermentation culture medium and a fermentation method capable of increasing a yield of A40926 B0. The fermentation culture medium comprises an organic carbon source, an organic nitrogen source, and inorganic salt; the quantity of rapeseed oil in the organic carbon source is controlled to 1-10 g/L; and the quantity of soybean cake powder in the organic nitrogen source is controlled to 50-90 g/L. The method provided in the present invention comprises the step of adding maltodextrin into a fermentation liquid, so that the yield of a dalbavancin intermediate A40926 B0 is increased and reaches to more than 3800 mg/L. |
