abstract | A method for measuring a lectin-binding substance in a sample, said method being characterized by comprising: a capture step for contacting the sample with a capture support, which comprises a water-insoluble support and a molecule fixed to the water-insoluble support and in which the molecule is capable of capturing the lectin-binding substance, and thus allowing the capture support to capture the lectin-binding substance; a washing step for removing impurities not bound to the capture support; a release step for releasing the lectin-binding substance from the capture support to give a prepared sample; and a measurement step for measuring the lectin-binding substance in the prepared sample using lectin. |
