titleOfInvention | Primer group for obtaining cfdna standard product, pcr amplification positive standard product and preparation method therefor, and kit and application |
abstract | Provided are a primer group for obtaining a cfDNA standard product, a PCR amplification positive standard product and a preparation method therefor, and a kit and an application. The primer group for obtaining the cfDNA standard product by means of amplification comprises: a first upstream primer and a first downstream primer; the first upstream primer comprises a first exogenous sequence and a first anchor sequence which are sequentially connected from 5' end to 3' end, and the first downstream primer comprises a second exogenous sequence and a second anchor sequence which are sequentially connected from 5' end to 3' end; no complementary pairing exists between the first exogenous sequence and the second exogenous sequence, and no complementary pairing exists between same and arbitrary nucleotide sequences on any of chromosomes of the human being; the first anchor sequence and the second anchor sequence are conserved nucleotide sequences on the same chromosome of the human being. Provided is a plasma positive standard product, a qPCR reaction background thereof is the same type of the plasma as that of a sample to be tested, and the problem of inaccurate measurement caused by the difference between plasma components of the standard product and the sample to be tested is avoided. |
