titleOfInvention Microwave coupling high-gravity reaction system for continuous production of porous material
abstract Provided is a microwave coupling high-gravity reaction system for the continuous production of a porous material, the system comprising a high-gravity reactor (3), a microwave feeder, a first high-shear pump (21), a second high-shear pump (22), and a filter (5), wherein the first high-shear pump (21) shears reactants, which produce a porous material, to form a slurry; the high-gravity reactor (3) comprises a first cavity (31) and a second cavity (32), the first cavity (31) being internally provided with a rotating chamber (33), the rotating chamber (33) being used for premixing the slurry, and the premixed slurry being guided into the second cavity (32) for a crystallization reaction; the microwave feeder feeds microwaves into the first cavity (31) and the second cavity (32); the second high-shear pump (22) is used for shearing the unfinished product guided out of the second cavity (32) and guiding part of the unfinished product guided out of the second cavity (32) into the rotating chamber (33) again, with part of the unfinished product guided out of the second cavity (32) being pumped into the filter (5); and the filter (5) is used for separating the unfinished product and conveying an uncrystallized product to the first high-shear pump (21) again, wherein a crystallized product separated by the filter (5) is washed and dried and is then collected.
