abstract | The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a light deflection device that has a simple structure suitable for reducing size and weight and can increase the deflection angle; and an optical device using this light deflection device. This light deflection device (100) comprises: an MEMS light deflection element (101) that deflects and emits incident light; and an angle expanding optical element (121) that is arranged further on the downstream side in the light progression direction than the MEMS light deflection element (101) and enlarges the deflection angle range for light emitted from the MEM light deflection element. The purpose is achieved as a result of the MEMS light deflection element (101) having a function that focusses and emits incident light. |
