A cell into which Ascl1 gene, Dlx2 gene and MEF2C gene have been introduced in an expressible manner. A differentiation inducer for inducing the differentiation of cells into parvalbumin-positive nerve cells, said differentiation inducer comprising, as an active ingredient, Ascl1 gene, Dlx2 gene and MEF2C gene or products of these genes.
