abstract |
A composition comprises a thermoplastic polymer and a polyrotaxane, the polyrotaxane including a plurality of cyclic molecules and a chain polymer passing through the plurality of the cyclic molecules in a skewering manner, at least a part of the hydroxyl groups of the plurality of cyclic molecules being substituted with a hydrophobic group. A group that enhances miscibility of the polyrotaxane to the thermoplastic polymer is bound to at least a part of the hydrophobic groups of each of the plurality of cyclic molecules. |
