The present specification discloses a method for producing an isocyanate compound. The present invention relates to a method for producing a compound represented by formula (2), wherein in the presence of a water-immiscible solvent and water, a compound represented by formula (1) or a salt thereof and phosgenes are mixed under conditions that the pH of an aqueous layer is at most 1, and the compound represented by formula (1) and phosgenes are reacted. |
