Disclosed is a modified aqueous fluorocarbon coating, comprising, in parts by weight, the raw materials of: 40-60 parts of a modified aqueous FEVE fluorocarbon emulsion, 5-10 parts of an aqueous solution of sodium alginate, 2-7 parts of a curing agent, 15-35 parts of a pigment and a filler, 7-15 parts of an auxiliary and 5-35 parts of a solvent, wherein the modified aqueous FEVE fluorocarbon emulsion is composed of, in parts by weight, the raw materials of 25-40 parts of an aqueous FEVE emulsion and 5-15 parts of 2-hydroxyethyl polymethacrylate. Innovatively starting from the point of view of molecular design, a hydrophilic structural monomer containing a functional group is introduced to achieve the aim of improving the compatibility of a resin system with water and increasing the adhesive force of a film formed from the resin. Moreover, a specific compounded system of an aqueous FEVE fluorocarbon emulsion, 2-hydroxyethyl polymethacrylate and sodium alginate is configured, and the overall performance thereof is comparable to existing solvent-type fluorocarbon coatings. |
