titleOfInvention Msc cell thin film integrating gelatin-fibroin composite microspheres, and preparation method therefor
abstract Disclosed is a MSC cell thin film integrating gelatin-fibroin composite microspheres, and a preparation method therefor. The MSC cell thin film integrating gelatin-fibroin composite microspheres is obtained by taking gelatin and fibroin protein as high polymer materials, preparing the gelatin-fibroin composite microspheres by means of an emulsion method, performing sterilization on the microspheres, and then inoculating mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). The microspheres are prepared by combining fibroin protein and gelatin, so that the problem of the fast degradation velocity of gelatin microspheres can be solved. The MSC cell thin film integrating gelatin-fibroin composite microspheres is beneficial for the function extension of the MSC cell thin film, such as realizing combination therapy through loading protein drugs by means of the microspheres, realizing magnetic field manipulation through loading magnetic particles by means of the microspheres, etc. The MSC cell thin film has good application prospects in the field of tissue regeneration.
