abstract The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a toy by using a model frame in liquid, and a device for implementing the method. The present invention comprises: a first step of filling a water tank with a predetermined amount of water so that a model frame can be completely immersed in the water tank; a second step of injecting calcium chloride, which is a powder component, into water filled in the water tank and dissolving same, wherein the injection amount of calcium chloride is determined by predicting the degree of gelling caused by a chemical reaction with sodium alginate; a third step of filling the model frame with a liquid color composed of a mixture of 96 wt% of water, 0.99 wt% of CNC, 3 wt% of sodium alginate and 0.01 wt% of a noctilucent material, a liquid color composed of a mixture of 91 wt% of water, 1 wt% of CNC, 3 wt% of sodium alginate and 5 wt% of a glittering material, or a liquid color composed of a mixture of 96 wt% of water, 0.99 wt% of CNC, 3 wt% of sodium alginate and 0.01 wt% of a color conversion material, so that the liquid color can react with the powder component in the model frame, wherein a predetermined pigment is added to the liquid color and the liquid color has a predetermined viscosity; a fourth step of immersing, in the water tank, the model frame filled with the liquid color; a fifth step in which the liquid color, which is filled in the model frame immersed in the water tank, solidifies and contracts; and a sixth step of shaking the model frame so that a solidified and contracted toy is separated from the model frame, wherein the toy, having been separated from the model frame, maintains a toy shape when maintained in the liquid in the water tank, and the shape changes when the toy is taken out of the water tank.
