abstract | The present invention addresses the problem of providing an adhesive sheet that has weak initial adhesive strength, allowing for excellent positioning functionality (reworkability), while also exhibiting excellent adhesive strength after being heated. The present invention pertains to an adhesive sheet satisfying physical properties (1) and (2). Physical property (1): a glass adhesive strength of 0.05 to 3 N/25mm, one minute after pasting, as measured in conformance with the adhesive strength measuring method set forth in JIS Z 0237. Physical property (2): a glass adhesive strength of 10 N/25mm or greater, after the adhesive sheet has been pasted onto a glass plate and has undergone heat treatment for 30 minutes under the conditions of 100°C and 0.5 MPa, as measured in conformance with the adhesive strength measuring method set forth in JIS Z 0237. |
