Provide is an antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof having one or more properties selected from the following group: 1) capable of binding to a BCMA protein with a KD value of 1.8×10 -9M or lower; 2) capable of specifically recognizing a BCMA protein expressed on cell surfaces; 3) capable of being internalized by cells; and 4) capable of inhibiting tumor and/or tumor cell proliferation. The antibody can also be used to construct immunoconjugates. The antibody and immunoconjugates can all prevent or treat tumors. |
