A porous bionic cervical vertebra intervertebral fusion cage and a manufacturing method therefor, relating to the technical field of polymer materials and biomedical engineering. The fusion cage comprises a fusion cage body (2); a plurality of bionic holes (1) penetrating through vertically are distributed on the fusion cage body (2); a pore structure similar to human cancellous bone is provided inside each bionic hole (1). The porous bionic cervical vertebra fusion cage guarantees that the fusion cage has sufficient mechanical strength, and moreover, the bionic holes penetrating through vertically can further provide a good microenvironment for growth of tissues, long-term stability of segments in cervical vertebra surgery is facilitated, and a broad application prospect in the fields of bone repair, bone graft, and bone fixation, etc. is provided. |
