An absorbable bone wax and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises the steps of: 1) mixing a polyoxypropylene polyoxyethylene block copolymer and a polyoxypropylene polyoxyethylene random copolymer, and uniformly stirring them under heating conditions to obtain a liquid mixture; 2) adding hemostatic starch microspheres to the liquid mixture obtained in step 1) while maintaining the mechanical stirring and heating conditions, to obtain a uniformly mixed liquid; 3) adding the bone repair material prepared in claim 1 or 2 to the uniformly mixed liquid obtained in step 2) and evenly mixing the same, pouring the mixture into a mold or a subpackage bottle, leaving to stand at room temperature, and solidifying and forming the same to obtain the absorbable bone wax. The method improves the main components of the bone wax, enhancing the bioavailability and degradability thereof, and reducing inflammation caused by bone wax retention. The bone wax can achieve the effect of rapid hemostasis, providing an improvement over conventional bone waxes, which employ a hemostatic method relying only on physical sealing. |
