abstract The present invention relates to a method for providing a body condition monitoring service by using: a body condition measurement tape comprising a tape body selectively attached to a human body, and a body condition measurement sensor provided in the tape body; a personal terminal; and a server communicating with the terminal, the method comprising: a first data transmission step in which body condition data is wirelessly transmitted from the body condition measurement tape to the terminal; a second data transmission step in which the body condition data is transmitted from the terminal to the server; a body condition data processing step in which the body condition data is analyzed and processed into body condition information by the server; and a body condition information transmission step in which the body condition information is transmitted from the server to the terminal.
