abstract [Problem] To achieve a solid cosmetic preparation which is excellent in terms of product appeal. [Solution] A solid cosmetic preparation (1) which is held in a tray (2), wherein: the upper surface (1a) of the solid cosmetic preparation (1) is provided with a microrelief region (1c) where the height difference is within the range of from 0.1 mm to 10 mm, said microrelief region (1c) having a slope; and a colored body (3) having a primary particle diameter within the range of from 10 μm to 100 μm is adhered, in a dispersed manner, to a portion that includes at least a part of the microrelief region (1c).
