abstract | Disclosed are a two-component waterproof paint and a preparation method therefor. The waterproof paint comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises an osmosis type polyurethane prepolymer and water, the osmosis type polyurethane prepolymer is made by reacting a polyol with polyisocyanate and then with a compound as shown in formula (I): R1-SO3M(I), wherein R1 is a C1-10 hydrocarbyl group containing one or more terminal substituents, the terminal substituent is a terminal hydroxyl and/or terminal amino, and M is an alkali metal; and the component B comprises cement. In the preparation method, the waterproof paint is made by respectively preparing a component A and a component B, and then mixing the component A and component B. The waterproof paint can realize the slow self-repairing of the cracks or micropores in a structure in a concrete base layer in the normal state of concrete, such that on the one hand, the deep combination of a waterproof membrane layer and the concrete base layer can be improved, and on the other hand, the phenomena of water blowing and water storage below a waterproof layer can be prevented or even avoided, thus further enhancing the durable water resistance of the waterproof paint. |
