abstract Disclosed is a laser scanning apparatus, which is a key component of a laser radar and can be used in the fields of automatic driving, intelligent driving, etc. The laser scanning apparatus comprises a scanning micromirror chip (210), a packaging shell (220), and a packaging device (230), wherein the scanning micromirror chip (210) comprises a scanning micromirror (211) and a laser device (212), and the scanning micromirror (211) and the laser device (212) are integrated at different positions of the scanning micromirror chip (210); the packaging shell (220) is located on the scanning micromirror chip (210) to form a hollow structure together with the scanning micromirror chip (210), and the laser device (212) and the packaging device (230) are both located in the hollow structure; and the packaging device (230) is fixed on the packaging shell (220) and is used for collimating and reflecting light beams transmitted by the laser device (212) and transmitting the output light to the scanning micromirror (211). The devices at the transmission end of the laser scanning apparatus are all integrated on the same chip (210), and the positions thereof are fixed in advance so that the size of a transmitting terminal can be reduced and the difficulty of assembly and subsequent maintenance can be reduced.
