Provided is a method for culturing primary cells of a lung cancer solid tumor and primary tumor cells of a lung cancer pleural effusion, mainly comprising: (1) treating lung cancer solid tumor tissue with a mild cell dissociation reagent, and separating lung cancer cells in a pleural effusion using a gentle method, to maximize the vitality of the cancer cells; and (2) preparing a special serum-free medium, and using a suspension culture system to culture the tumor cells derived from the solid lung cancer tumor in vitro, so as to ensure normal expansion of the cancer cells while, maximally eliminating interference from normal cells. Further provided is a supporting reagent for the method. The lung cancer primary cell culture product obtained by the method can be used in various cell-level in vitro experiments, second-generation sequencing, construction of animal models, construction of cell lines, and other applications. |
