abstract | At least one side of this resin-coated metal plate is coated with a resin layer. The movable amorphous fraction of the resin layer as measured by a temperature-modulated differential scanning calorimeter is 30-46%. The intensity ratio I1096/I1119, which is between the intensity peak near 1096 cm-1 (I1096) caused by the trans structure of PET methylene group and the intensity peak near 1119 cm-1 (I1119) caused by the gauche structure of PET methylene group, the former being obtained by laser Raman spectroscopic analysis where the measurement is performed by irradiating linear polarized laser light such that the polarization plane of the laser light enters, at a right angle, the cross section of the resin coating layer taken in the direction of the thickness thereof, and the latter being obtained by the laser Raman spectroscopic analysis, is at least 1.1 but less than 1.5 at a position 1 µm distant from the metal plate. |
