The invention concerns an intra-aneurysm device (1) for treating an aneurysm (2), comprising a woven structure (S), with meshes, made with a plurality of yarns, the woven structure (S) comprising a head (5) intended to be inserted into the aneurysm (2), the head (5) being capable of significantly reducing a blood flow in the aneurysm (2), the head (5) being dome-shaped, the device (1) being characterised in that the woven structure (S) comprises, at a proximal end of the woven structure (S), a knot (4a) connected to the head (5) and in that, at its distal end opposite the proximal end, the head (5) is formed from ends (6a) of yarns, at least some of which are linked together. |
