titleOfInvention Device and method for continuously extracting and drying butenone
abstract The present invention relates to the field of butenone drying, and disclosed are a device and method for continuously extracting and drying butanone. The method for continuously extracting and drying butanone comprises: introduce the aqueous butenone and an extractant into an extraction tower for mixing and extracting; discharge wastewater obtained by the extraction tower, and an organic oil layer containing the extractant is extracted from an outlet of an oil layer stationary section and enters a distillation tower for evaporation with water; the extractant containing water and a small amount of butenone obtained at the top of the distillation tower enters a condenser for condensation; a condensed product enters a water separating tank to perform water-separating; and a distillation tower kettle obtains butanone having extremely low water content. According to the present invention, the aqueous butenone is extracted by using the extractant which is indissolvable or insoluble in water and has good mutual solubility with the aqueous butenone, and subsequently the butenone having the extremely low water content is obtained by means of rectification with water, so that the recovery of the butenone is high, and the whole process does not produce solid waste or high-salt, high COD wastewater and is environmentally friendly.
