abstract A type of tomato, pepper, or mixed tomato-pepper paste production method The invention concerns the method for producing paste, pulp or puree which are obtained from tomato, pepper or the mixture of tomato-pepper with drying process to ensure moisture control and which are in different sizes or shapes such as sheet, layer, cube, cylinder, coins, tablet, dragee, rectangular prism, sphere, ground powder, bouillon, pita, flat, chips, pellets, grater, segment, block, brick, puff, powder or aerosol. Within the context of the present invention, tomato, pepper or mixed tomato-pepper paste, pulp or puree can be dried and shaped separately, or they can be dried and shaped in combinations of one or two or multi. The invention involves the steps of drying of tomato, pepper, or mixed tomato-pepper paste, pulp, or puree, shaping it by milling or without milling.
