The present invention relates to a method for preparing a hydrogel composition containing calcium phosphate at a constant content. The hydrogel composition prepared by the method is constant in calcium phosphate content and as such, can be used to quantitate phosphates contained in the hydrogel composition. The present invention relates to an in vitro 3D osteoporosis model comprising the calcium phosphate hydrogel composition. The biogel allows osteoblast cells and osteoclast cells to be co-cultured in a 3D manner therein and as such, can be used for constructing an osteoporosis model according to use and disease phase. In addition, the model comprises a calcium phosphate hydrogel with a constant content of phosphate salt so that the calcium phosphate can be quantitated by measuring the phosphates, whereby selection can be made of therapeutic candidates for osteoporosis and therapeutic effects of the therapeutic agents on osteoporosis can be effectively predicted. |
