The present invention relates to a composition for use in FDM 3D printers, the composition comprising bioglass and a biocompatible polymer resin. In addition, the present invention relates to a molded article produced by an FDM 3D printer, the molded article having a structure in which the composition for use in FDM 3D printers is injection-molded into struts laminated in four layers. Further, the present invention relates to a method for producing the composition for use in FDM 3D printers, the method comprising the steps of: (1) sintering bioglass; (2) mixing the sintered bioglass with a biocompatible polymer resin to prepare a composition; (3) feeding the composition into a freezer mill to pulverize the composition; and (4) melting the pulverized composition. The present invention advantageously solves the problem of brittleness inherent in medical/biological molded articles produced by FDM 3D printers, and thus can provide molded articles having excellent toughness and biocompatibility. |
