Provided is a resin composition for imprinting, said resin composition having superior imprintability as well as superior optical characteristics such as high refractive index and low haze. The present invention relates to a resin composition for imprinting, said resin composition including (A) a polysiloxane resin expressed by general formula (1), and (B) inorganic oxide fine particles, wherein the weight ratio of the total weight of the polysiloxane resin (A) and an alkoxysilane compound and a curable resin, which are optional components, in relation to the weight of the inorganic oxide fine particles (B) is 0.2 to 2.5.
