The present invention relates to the field of nucleic acid detection, and provided in the invention are a CRISPR method multi-target rapid detection method and a test kit therefor. Provided in the present invention is a detection system used to detect target nucleic acid molecules, containing: (a) n guide RNA and reporter nucleic acid combination probes having a particular structure; and (b) a Cas protein, the Cas protein being a Cas protein having single-stranded nucleic acid collateral cleavage activity. |
