Disclosed are a chiral phosphine ligand, 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphinoalkylamido)-1,2-disubstituted ethane, a synthesis method therefor and the use thereof in an asymmetric catalytic reaction, for example, in the asymmetric catalytic synthesis of a pyrazolin-5-one having a chiral quaternary carbon center, i.e. the highly enantioselective synthesis of 3-methyl-4-benzyl-4-(2-butyl-2,3-butadienyl)pyrazolin-5-one from 3-methyl-4-benzylpyrazolin-5-one and benzyl (2-butyl-2,3-butadienyl)carbonate under the catalysis of a tris(dibenzylideneacetone)dipalladium-chloroform adduct and the chiral phosphine ligand. |
