A bilaterally driven integrated medical device (100), comprising: an infusion unit (110), a program unit (120), an infusion cannula (130) with conductive areas, and a plurality of electrodes for detecting analyte data in body fluid. The program unit (120) comprises input end (121) and output end (122), and the input end (121) comprises a plurality of electrically connective regions (140) for receiving signals of analyte data in the body fluid. After the output end (122) is electrically connected to the power unit (1180), the program unit (120) controls whether the infusion unit (110) delivers drugs. The electrodes comprise conductive-area electrode(s) (171) and cannula-wall electrode(s) (172), the conductive area of the infusion cannula (130) being at least as a conductive-area electrode (171), and one or more cannula-wall electrodes (172) being located on/in the wall of the infusion cannula (130). It takes only one insertion to perform both analyte detection and drug infusion. |
