abstract A water quality measuring system (100) is provided with: a first introducing portion (131) for introducing breeding water to be sampled; a first adding portion (132) for adding an acid to the breeding water that has been introduced by the first introducing portion (131); and a nitrous acid sensor (28) for measuring the concentration of a measurement target, where the measurement target is nitrous acid, contained in the breeding water after the acid has been added by the first adding portion (132). The water quality measuring system (100) is provided with: a second adding portion (133) for adding a base to the breeding water that has been introduced by the first introducing portion (131); and an ammonia sensor (26) for measuring the concentration of a measurement target, where the measurement target is ammonia, contained in the breeding water after the base has been added by the second adding portion (133).
