According to the method, low-temperature treatment is performed on a sodium azide-acetic acid buffer solution at a temperature lower than or equal to 15°C, so that the interference of the sodium azide-acetic acid buffer solution on N2O obtained from the reaction of a nitrate in a sample during test can be greatly reduced, and the precision of a test result is improved. |
