abstract | Disclosed is a motor skewed pole rotor, which effectively solves the technical problem of high NVH of a motor in the prior art. The motor skewed pole rotor comprises a shaft, the shaft being provided with an iron core, the iron core comprising N iron core segments, N ≥ 2, a predetermined included angle θ being set between magnetic poles of adjacent iron core segments, and the shaft being provided with at least one keyway extending axially for mounting the iron core segments; the keyway comprises a reference keyway, a rotary transformer mounting groove is provided on one end of the shaft, and the reference keyway is in the same direction as a radial center line of the rotary transformer mounting groove. By means of the skewed pole design of the iron core in the rotor, the present invention can effectively reduce the cogging torque and reduce the torque ripple, thereby reducing the vibration of the motor, reducing the starting power consumption of the motor, and effectively reducing the NVH of the motor. |
