abstract | A quick dry no molten drip fabric that can be used for work apparel or uniforms and clothing containing the fabric. By means of blending polyesteramide fibers, cotton fibers and polyester fibers, spinning devices and processes such as ring spinning, siro spinning, compact spinning, open end spinning, or vortex spinning can be employed during the spinning process, and by means of using a rapier loom or an air jet loom to perform single yarn warp/weft interlacing or warp/weft interlacing using different yarns, blended woven fabric is made. Methods such as warp knitting can also be used to make blended knit fabric. The blended fabric preparation process is reasonable and effective, the blended fabric possesses the advantageous qualities of a good quick dry property and no molten drip when burned, the char layer formed after thoroughly burning prevents molten drips from causing secondary damage to human skin, and the fabric is able to maintain a high cost-performance ratio while possessing quick dry and no molten drip qualities. |
