titleOfInvention | Ink ejecting apparatus, ink drying apparatus, and aqueous ink for recording |
abstract | Provided is a means for improving the scratch resistance and glossiness of a recording medium after printing, and improving ink ejection stability in a head while preventing an apparatus from being enlarged. A printing apparatus 10 is provide with: a first transport roller pair 54 and a second transport roller pair 55; a printing head 24 that ejects ink to a sheet 6; and a heater 35 that is located downstream of the printing head 24 in a transport direction and heats the sheet 6 or the ink adhering to the sheet 6. The ink contains a resin dispersion pigment, resin fine particles, an organic medium, and water. The glass transition temperature of the resin fine particles is 33°C or higher. The organic medium includes an organic solvent having a vapor pressure of 0.03 hPa or more at 20°C. When the glass transition temperature of the resin fine particles is α (°C), and the irradiation energy per unit area of the heater is β (J/cm2), the following condition is satisfied. Condition: 6≤(β/α)×1000≤31 |
